Description
This kit is suitable for the LNP encapsulation of RNA (siRNA, mRNA, ASO) and can be used for in vitro cell experiments as well as in vivo activity tests. The reagent exhibits excellent cellular transfection capabilities and in vivo activity.

Cellular transfection
Fluorescence expression of LNP@Luciferase mRNA targeted to lung in OVCAR3 cells, and silencing efficiency of LNP@siRNA in MLE12 cells.
